A few years ago I discovered EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques™) – a promising, and at the time still rather new energy technique. To my own surprise I had amazing successes with it right from the start. But it was exactly those effortless, graceful, and powerful changes, and transformations that boggled me. Why? I had no explanation for them...

This blessed unrest birthed a strong desire within me to truly understand the energies at work so that I could eventually enjoy, and apply them consciously. If elegant healings and life changes of such magnitude were possible, then I wanted to unravel the beautiful, hidden magic in all of this. This desire to know made me question, and through my findings eventually replace many of the perceptions and "how to's" most of us hold regarding healing, happiness, and life itself.

Today I know one thing for sure: the magic doesn't lie in any technique. The magic lies in you. Little did I know when all of this began that at its core all true healing and change is the result of some letting go. The letting go of our stories, the letting go of our past, and most importantly the letting go of the perception that we're only human.

For each and everyone of us, the greatest power and transformation lies in remembering,
and living our divinity. And this is what this website is all about.

Vor ein paar Jahren entdeckte ich eine damals noch recht neue Mind-Body-Technik namens EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques™). Zu meiner eigenen Überraschung hatte ich von Anfang an herausragende, mühelose Erfolge damit. Doch gerade sie waren es, die etwas in mir auslösten und mir keine Ruhe mehr ließen. Warum? Ich konnte sie mir nicht erklären...

Diese gesegnete Unruhe schürte in mir den immer stärker werdenden Wunsch, die eigentliche "Magie" in diesen wunderbar leichten Erfolgen wirklich zu verstehen, um sie dann hoffentlich bewusst anwenden zu können. Meine zunehmende Erkenntnis führte zur allmählichen Entfaltung einer neuen Sicht- und Arbeitsweise, die inzwischen vieles von dem über den Haufen schmeißt, was wir über Glück und Erfolg, Freude und Erfüllung, Liebe und Leben gelernt haben.

Heute weiß ich eines ganz sicher: Die Magie liegt in keiner Technik oder Methode. Die Magie liegt in uns selbst.

Als meine persönliche Entdeckungsreise begann, ahnte ich noch nicht, dass wirkliche Heilung oder Veränderung immer mit Loslassen verbunden ist: Dem Loslassen unserer alten Geschichten, dem Loslassen unserer Vergangenheit und vor allem dem Loslassen der Wahrnehmung, dass wir "nur Menschen" sind. Wir sind so viel mehr.

Die wahre Magie liegt im zunehmenden Erinnern und Leben dessen, wer wir wirklich sind.
Und darum geht es auf dieser Website.
